Moving on to the elegant Chiado neighborhood - with the world’s oldest bookshop, theaters and Michelin starred restaurants - our team has, yet again, outperformed the market. The Prima Europe Fund, for which Optylon Krea serves as adviser, bought the Rua Nova Almada building for €6.2 million. In less than a year, we agreed on its selling price of €9.2 million. An astonishing achievement. Congratulations to everyone that worked so hard to make this happen; we are very thankful. Ando Living will start operating the building in 2026.
Also in Chiado and again with the Prima Europe Fund, the Augusta 147 building was bought and refurbished to beautifully high standards. The apartments, operated by Ando Living, have not only all been sold but are fully booked. This is a true testament to our thriving business model and to our talented team.
